RECOMMENDED TECHNIQUES:
- Take a textured template or a leaf and place a white piece of paper over top of it. Then rub the side of an oil pastel on the paper covering the textured item and the print the texture with appear on the paper. Remember the more texture the better!
- An easy and fast way to paint the background of a painting is by doing a wash. First take a container filled with water and squirt a little bit of paint in it. Mix the mixture until the water is the colour of the paint you put in. Now use this to paint your background. You will see the difference!
